Mark is a highly qualified director with over 25 years industry experience working at board level providing business management acumen and strategic oversight of infrastructure capital investment for local government and the private sector. Mark’s recent professional expertise includes providing vision, leadership and managing large teams within a business unit environment, having previously specialised for 13 years in infrastructure Public Private Partnerships / Private Finance Initiatives (PPP/PFI's).

Additionally Mark’s expertise includes a high emphasis on transformational change management and the development of funding strategies to secure finance for investment across numerous sectors. Experience includes: pre-contract, post-contract and operations within a client, consultancy and supplier environment, giving a holistic portfolio of skills gained via various interim/contract commissions in recent years.

Having commenced an MBA in 2010 to further enhance & broaden his management and financial business skills, the final research module was undertaken on innovation in association with the London Borough of Croydon, concluding at the end of April 2013.
