Urban regeneration

We recognise the need for regeneration to transform areas of deprivation and under development to bring about prosperity, which is a key Government pledge. We work with communities as stakeholders to ensure buy-in for development proposals. We also work alongside, and for, development agencies helping to secure funding from various public-private partnerships (PPP).

Additionally, guidance can be provided on the different grants available, eligibility and the process. We recognise the need to keep up to date with initiatives, priorities, funding mechanisms and delivery bodies and provide services in the following:

• Technical Advisor
• Bid Management
