Accountable for strategic oversight of £500,000,000 of capital investment and Portfolio Management for Infrastructure, Regeneration, Highways, Public Realm, Rail/Tram/Bus transport interchanges, Housing, Culture and Education consisting of: Academies, Primary, Secondary & SEN Schools.
Attending key meetings with the Chief Executive as Head of Service regarding strategic capital investment with responsibility for a business unit of over 50 staff consisting of: Client & Operations Manager, Cost Manager, 3 Programme Managers, 30 Project Managers, 2 Assistant Project Managers, 2 Department Client Officers, Technical Officers and support staff.
Working with Heads of Service within LBC, Greater London Authority, Transport for London and Network Rail regarding securing funding and enabling improvements to local infrastructure.
Member of the Infrastructure Finance Group, Matrix Board, Contacts Commissioning Board, Gateway Panel and Programme & Project Boards overseeing an investment portfolio of: 46 Education, 22 Public Realm, 1 Cultural and 1 Housing project(s).
